Return and Refund
All artwork and homewares are final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during delivery. I.e. if your item is delivered but stolen from your porch, you are responsible for the loss of the item and must contact Canada Post to seek remedy. We can assist with this process with Canada Post but we will not issue refunds or send new items. Please understand that we are a small business and cannot support this additional cost. If you are on a street or in an area with known porch pirates please add to the delivery notes section at checkout requesting signature upon delivery to ensure your item arrives safely. We will include the signature for your delivery at no extra cost.
Sale or Promotion
We are no longer issuing refunds to orders that fail to use the sale or promotional code at check out. Our order volume is heavy during sale periods and therefore we do not have the capacity to track and refund orders that did not use a discount code at checkout.
