Shipping policy

 

 Local Delivery  or Pick Up

We can offer free local delivery to addresses within a 30km radius of Picton, Ontario. We also have the option for you to pick up your order if you know you will be travelling to the area and wold like to save on shipping costs. Please reach out to info@cardinalfarmhouse.com to make arrangements with us :)  

Shipping

We currently offer shipping to Canada at a flat rate of $12 or $18 depending on the province. Orders over $75 ship for FREE!

We process and ship orders 1-2 times a week. The time we need to process an order is up to 5 business days of payment processed (excluding national holidays). You will receive an official tracking notification once your parcel has shipped. Please be sure to check your spam folder for order progress and confirmation. 

Packages will ship only to the name and address provided at the time of checkout, no exceptions. Please verify your information is correct prior to purchase. Shipping times will vary and are separate from processing time. We cannot edit or modify international orders. Please reach out if you would like to make changes so we can cancel your order and allow you to submit a new one. 

Shipping times may vary around the holiday season, inclement weather, or natural disasters. 

Items purchased will be secured with 100% sustainable material and additional wrapping where necessary for fragile items. 

We have made it our mission at Cardinal Farmhouse to ship items in eco-friendly packaging with materials that can be recycled and are biodegradable. We won’t over pack your order with unnecessary material and will ensure your items are shipped efficiently yet safely to your destination. If you receive a package with plastic bubble wrap inside or fam peanuts please know that all plastic material has been recycled from our warehouse packaging and any peanuts contained in your box are biodegradable under water. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you are on a street or in an area with known porch pirates please add to the delivery notes section at checkout requesting signature upon delivery to ensure your item arrives safely. We will include the signature for your delivery at no extra cost.

$12 for Ontario & Quebec

$18 for remaining provinces

Orders $75 or more ship FREE within Canada at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during delivery. If your item is marked delivered but it does not arrive please contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number. If your item is delivered but stolen from your porch, you are responsible for the loss of the item and must contact Canada Post to seek remedy. We will not issue refunds or send new items. Please understand that we are a small business and cannot support this additional cost.

If you are nervous about receiving your items directly or are on a street with known porch pirates please add to the delivery notes section at checkout requesting signature upon delivery to ensure your item arrives safely. We will include the signature for your delivery at no extra cost.
